How does NutriSun work?
We deliver homemade food for all 3 meals daily on a weekly or monthly subscription. Meals arrive in tiffin boxes, and during each delivery, we collect the washed empty boxes from your previous meal.
Who is NutriSun for?
Our service is perfect for Students, Professionals, Elderly couples, Working couples. Anyone who values healthy, convenient, and balanced meals can benefit.
What cuisine is the food?
90% of our menu comprises of Tamil cuisine with the rest taken from North Indian and Chinese cuisine.
Which areas are covered for delivery?
Currently, we deliver within 10 km of Othakadai (Madurai).
Can I choose different delivery locations?
Yes! You can set different addresses for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Just update us 6 hours before delivery.
Can I skip, pause, or cancel my subscription?
You can skip or pause subscription, provided you inform us at least 6 hours before the start of delivery time for your next meal. You must opt to receive all skipped meals before the renewal of your next subscription up to a maximum of 1 week (weekly plan) or 1 month (monthly plan) from the end of your active subscription. Cancellation of subscription is possible with 80% refund for the remaining meals part of the subscription plan. The refund process takes 1 to 2 working days.
